On Signing up (via the website www.wealthprotekt.com or offline) with us, these Terms and Conditions (the/ these ‘Terms’ or the ‘Agreement’) shall constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the ‘USER’) and WealthProtekt Consultant (‘wealthprotekt’), a company incorporated in Kollam, Kerala, India, whose registered office is at Kollam, Kerala 691007, India. When used in these Terms, “wealthprotekt”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to WealthProtekt Consultant with whom you are contracting
By accessing and signing up on www.wealthprotekt.com, you are agreeing to these Terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age and above to access the WealthProtekt Consultancy services
If you register with the WealthProtekt Consultant, you agree to provide us with accurate information and update it as needed for accuracy, from time to time.
The Parties agree that the Consultant will provide the services attached hereunder in exchange for the
agreed consideration to be provided by the Client.
The Consultant Services are as follows:
1. Financial advice and consultation to secure the Client’s finances, assets, and properties.
2. Subject matter expert (in Banking and Financial Sector) advice and suggestions to the Client
3. Help the Client anticipate and mitigate financial risks
4. Assist in the development of budget plans and create strategies to maximise assets and
resources
The Parties hereby agree that the Consultant shall:
1. Keep confidential any documents, information, or other materials provided by the Client and
not disclose such information to any other parties without prior written consent from the Client.
2. Perform the services in a professional and competent manner
3. Maintain timely and accurate status reports for the Client and promptly notify the Client if the
scope or timeline of the project has changed,
4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
In consideration of the foregoing, the User agrees to pay a fee for the services described under ‘Flexible options’ as per the agreed payment structure agreed with WealthProtekt.
